1. What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping for all orders, with most orders being processed within 5-7 business days. We do not process orders over the weekend. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address before confirming your order to avoid any shipping issues.
4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. If expedited shipping becomes available, we will update our website to reflect this.
5. What is your return policy?
We only accept exchanges, refunds, or returns for non-custom, ready-made products. Products that are customized or made-to-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, we take full responsibility. To receive a replacement at no cost to you, please contact us immediately with clear pictures of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement once we verify the issue.
7. Can I return a custom product?
Unfortunately, custom products are non-refundable. Once a custom product is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your design before submitting your order to ensure it is exactly what you want.
8. Can I exchange a custom product?
We cannot accept exchanges for custom products. If there is a problem with your custom order due to an error on our part, please contact us, and we will make it right
